The planned work described in that doc does not include moving the Skylink tracks. Of the choices you listed, it appears they have chosen "an offset station to one end".
It makes sense, but the video provided sure makes it look like a Central location…guess we’ll see. The offset choice makes sense if they plan possible future expansion. (Posted before I saw the rendering above)
That makes it look a lot like the Omaha airport and how they are realigning the concourse connections to support expansion. They could easily add a second station and have both connect at a couple of points to the long concourse, so that’s a much better understanding from the rendering.
