Trying to choose between here and the Conrad. Am top tier elite at both and they're giving me similar rates for a suite. I stayed at the Conrad 4-5 years ago (and liked it) but as a Globalist I am naturally curious about the Grand Hyatt. Seems like it has a superiour club lounge to the Conrad. Hard product at GH maybe a little more dated, but very well maintained, I imagine.

Does anyone know if the GH still has mattress toppers for people who don't like firm Asian beds? I read a review from a while ago that said they did.
