If you're arriving in LHR in Club you should be able to access the British Airways Arrivals lounge in T5 anyway ( sounds like you're on an AA Ticket, but it's a BA flight DFW-LHR ) ... you can go to that lounge and get a shower etc., just don't follow flight connections, follow arrivals .. You've plenty of time on a 3.5hr connection so it would probably makes sense to do that .. and then get the train over to T2 maybe 90 mins before your flight and try to get into the EI lounge then if they'll let you ! ... BA Arrivals lounge has better catering, shower options .. EI lounge refurbished recently and has nice views, but the catering etc. is still fairly limited.
