Swiss is a nightmare if you need to cancel and get a refund. It takes them weeks and you are in limbo until they even acknowledge that a refund is due. Not sure what class you're considering but Polaris is far superior to Swiss for the seat alone, IMHO. Swiss has ancient seats with some "throne" seats but all are relatively cramped compared to the Polaris seat. I don't care much about the differences in food, but that's me, because it's all degrees of bad. If it were me I'd book on UA.
