Just an FYI, effective December 1 you have to earn 250 tier points at Oceans to qualify for travel offers.

I have no interest in cruises so I don't do the matching but I saw a post on FB today of a sign inside Oceans stating the new rules.

If I see it again I'll update this post with more info.
