I have a booking and got an email that my 18 May 2025 flight BUD-HEL AY1252 is impacted and will be operated by Jettime.
But when I go into the booking on the website and search the flight on Expert Flyer is still reports as A320 operated by Finnair. So at this stage I can;t contact the original ticket seller.
When I look at booking the same flight is being sold as Finnair A320
But the email says
Dear Xxxxxxx, Your flight AY1252 Budapest Liszt Ferenc International-Helsinki Vantaa on 18.05.2025 at 12:05 will be exceptionally operated by Jettime.
My questions are
Is my flight really impacted?
Would this still be a Oneworld
operated flight?
Do they have business class?
Do I still get access to a lounge and is it logistically compatible with the terminal and gates used by Jettime?
Do I still get meal etc.
