For AC 221 to YVR out of YYC yesterday, the GAs did a great job of asking Zone 1's to queue up in the combined Zone 1/2 line first about 5 minutes before boarding. Made for a far cleaner experience for Zone 1's already in the gate area.

I applaud the proactive approach and the initiative shown here!
