Is trying to get UA to reinstate the ticket via YYZ-EWR-DEL an acceptable option? The normal fix for award ticket issues is to reticket on own-metal, which given the current lack of service to BOM is the bigger half of the problem. I agree getting reinstated on AC will be very hard, and might require a conference call.

Would be curious if the original change involved reissuing onto 014 stock.. maybe AC can reinstate that if so, although that ticket may never have been adequately paid-for.
