I'm afraid 5 hours might be a little tight to tour around downtown. You might just have enough time to clear customs, get your luggages, get on the bus to downtown, then be in downtown for 5 minutes (and 12 dollars poorer) and be on your way back to YUL (for another 12 dollars!!) to do your check in!
