I got 2B poaches about 6 months ago DEN to Charlotte I think on the ERJ. I started to walk up and say something as I really wanted my own space for that flight, and the FA, lets say, sternly says, you'll need to sit in 1C for this flight. Sternly enough that I knew not to ask for more detail and subtle enough so as he did not acknowledge it was a FAM in my seat. I chose not to ask any questions and peacefully took my seat. That as an easy one, I think I posted this on here years ago as well, I'm thinking like 10 years at least. DEN/OGG in 4B lie flat. Lady is sitting there and asked to sit next to her aging father or mother or spouse or something like that. I gladly accepted and asked her which seat was hers, and she really did say something like 29B. That lasted all of about 4 seconds.
