I'm generally sensitive to religions etc but the woman had an assigned middle seat, and deliberately sat in the window seat (before even asking) - that's not good plane etiquette. Immediately she was in the wrong. I think the outcome was ok in the end, for all, but we wouldn't want this to be the norm...

(How does she handle buses and the like?)
