Flew FRA-JFK-BOS today - the D1 checkpoint was nice but honestly would have been faster using the ground level after exiting Immigration/Customs. Lounge was pretty busy around 2pm — put my name down for a shower and the text said 72 minute wait, but then got the text that a shower was ready 7 minutes later, go figure.

Flight to BOS was boarding at 4:55pm from the A gates so figured a 3:45 slot at the restaurant would have been plenty — however even though the starter and drinks came out pretty quick, waited 40 min for the main (which also came out room temperature, go figure). The table next to me also gave up on waiting for the entree and went to catch their flight instead. Staff were very apologetic at least
