I visited last night. Staff was 100% attentive and super nice. I only had two hours there - got a shower in 10-15 minutes (they have eight of them, all are turned really fast).

Like many others I idiotically went to the 4th floor, instead of the 3rd floor. Having D1 anywhere in the day will get you through and in.
Yes, going through "regular" CLEAR would have saved me 5-10 minutes, and my Swiss chocolates wouldn't have been crushed (thanks JFK security).
(also glad I didn't buy a gag Swiss Army chocolate...)

ONE Club food was excellent (I didn't drink), spaces were really neat, and it was overall a terrific experience, except.....
... walking to Gate B47 was a disaster. JFK ground crew - gate crew - are the absolute worst. Took over 40 minutes to board a 737-900. Waited in jetway not moving at all for 15 minutes (!!), and low-rent JFK-based crew was oblivious that anything was amiss.
