Ethiopian 777-200LR - choosing a paid seat

Is it worth paying $30 for seat 11a (premium) on an Ethiopian 777-200LR on a 7-8 hour flight in the African continent?

Edit:

Acc. seatguru for Ethiopian 777-200LR:

>>Seat(s) 11 A

Economy

Standard & Bulkhead

No Power,On-Demand TV

Seat 11 A is a standard Economy Class seat located at a bulkhead. There is additional legroom and additional personal space due to no intrusion from a reclining seat in front. The tray table and inflight entertainment monitor are installed in a fixed armrest, therefore, seat width is slightly reduced. The proximity to the galley and lavatory area might be bothersome. Floor storage for personal effects is not available for use during takeoff and landing. A bassinet might be installed on the bulkhead, therefore, a passenger traveling with an infant might be seated in this row.<<

11a seems to be a normal Economy seat, „premium“ is just a publicity stunt.

Has anyone tested 11 row seats?
