thanks for your reply, I still have the printed boarding passes. And for both flights I was in Y class (including the rebooked flight)

But what I don’t understand is why they told me that « Y class is not eligible to credit of miles » but other sources say the opposite (M&M travel calculator, Where to credit, M&M website..)
