If the hotel is nearby you could go by boat. But I don't think there are any Bonvoy properties close to St. Regis. I once came to St. Regis by boat from other resort (Sun Siyam Vilu Reef) and then left by boat to a local island, so I didn't use their sea plane transfer at all.
