How should I feel about my chances on the late night HND-JFK NH160 on 17 Nov? Google flight is saying there’s 4 seats for sale in first, 7 in business. I’ve had the +P request in for like 7-8 weeks now.
Update: Didn't clear at F3 and seats went out empty. I did ask at the check-in counter, and the agent made a call to a supervisor, but eventually told me I should've gotten an email from "Star Alliance" (?) saying the upgrade is not possible. I was also told that the maximum number of upgrades was already reached, I assume from ANA's frequent flyer program. IDK if that's actually a thing or not, but it seems plausible.
