What does "other credits" mean? Does that mean the reimbursements (like $200 dell credit) and Amex offer cashbacks will be subtracted from the total spend counted towards the welcome bonus?
I've generally found things like Amex offers and credits built into the card do not lower my spend towards meeting a bonus.
Obviously returning an item or getting a merchant credit will reduce your total towards minimum spend.
