Yes. In order to fit 2+2+2 in the First Cabin of the 767, the seats need to be 19" wide.

The international F seat, at 20.5", is fitted 2+1+2 on the 767-300 three-class planes. In Business, the seats are also 19" wide to allow the 2+2+2 configuration.
