ok maybe I praised SK IT too early.
AF did not post automatically. Flew Nov 9th, CDG-TUN. Station manager struggled to have my FFP printed on the ticket, even though it was clearly visible in the eticket. It could only display "SK/" but no number no matter how we tried. Today tried the retro claim, result was "no points were claimed" because "You can't claim points for this route."
Is there any way to resolve this other than going through the dreaded retro-claim email?
