Getting Confirm your return texts?
I’m an exec elite, with multiple rentals a month. The last two weeks I’ve started getting texts asking me for me to Confirm my return time. Last week was MDW for Friday, 15th. And then LAS for tomorrow, Monday 18th.

Curious:
Is this a new thing for every rental?
Something related to high use periods that was always there but I just happened to never be returning during one of those times?
