Yeah, by a pilot, eastbound TATL. Was CO on a 764 w/ 2/1/2 seating. Went to my usual single rear middle seat and uniformed pilot was sitting there. My BP still had that seat number. Took about 10 minutes to sort out, but pilot ended up moving. I just stood in mid-cabin galley while they sorted it out..

Seems like poaching is more common on domestic flights?
