Horrible business class service. I finished a 10 month project that required me to fly back and forth with them and they found ways to outdo themselves, in a bad way, every single time. Their prices are not cheaper than major carriers, so I was expecting something equivalent but no. I’m not high maintenance but I don’t appreciate being treated like a nuisance for existing.

However, they were able to get me to my destination with my luggage and now I’m oneworld sapphire.
