I don't think I've ever seen an economy/business class sale/promo being announced.
It's impossible to find a good business class deal on EK....i feel like their fares are always expensive.
Quick answer... because they don't need to have sales. They're still filling planes with the inflated post-Covid fares, so why would they offer discounts?
Even some of the most regular F travellers are now having to slum it in J
