I booked T-10 J through ANA, but had to book round-trip because it only showed on United and Virgin Australia websites. Are Aeroplan, LifeMiles (and Virgin Atlantic) bookable through phone? Or how is it that they're only available through Mileage Plus and Velocity but not other Star Alliance partners?
