Have you checked with the airline to verify that cxLoyalty has requested a refund, and the TK has actually issued it? The agency will not issue a refund to the passenger until the airline refunds the money.
What a scam these people are . after calling cHASE TRAVEL REP for 10th time and speaking to the 10th rep in last 10 days of the lies of promised full refund . This rep I called today told me they cancelled the flight but refund was never issued and she processed the refund today . And I actually to see she hit cancelled and processed refund on chase travel portal . Now I will see if the refund actually posts to my card . Shall I cancel the dispute I made on Chase account or just leave as it is ?
