I have flown SA from Manchester to Houston three times a year since the routes inception. My class of flyer had always had resrictions on "buying" anything including upgrading seats. Now that SA have cancelled the MAN/IAH route I doubt if I shall be able to fly SA again. Can anyone tell me how I can spend my points. We used to be able to buy items and pick them up on our flight. Is this option still available? The reason I am asking this is because contacting SA is difficult and my emails from SA appear as highly pixilated Mario cartoons which is very strange. Any advise would be much appreciated including being told the best way to get this info from SA. I am losing my miles every day and this is a shame Many thanks John on the Wirral
