I had a similar issue with my tracker dials - displayed correctly on my phone, but my tablet was stuck a month or two behind (eventhough all the transactions showed). After the tracker update did not resolve the issue I decided to log out and log back in on my tablet (I'm certain I was logged in as all my trips, including newly booked, displayed). Then - Voila! Trackers are now accurate and in sync. Go figure. You may want to try the same, eventhough I assume you may have had to login after reinstalling the app.
I've reported this issue to Aeroplan a few months ago, and was told they'd look into it.
Mrs Nest has no problems with the totals in her app, but still today I am having issues. I've tried uninstalling, deleting cache, data etc and reinstalling. Even after the latest update to the app, all my data shows correctly, except for the Family Sharing tab which now just perpetually cycles through as if it's loading, without ever loading and displaying any data.
