Booked award tickets in Delta Comfort and at the top of the confirmation itinerary page it says Non Refundable. Booked it on Delta.com. RT within the US. I understood this kind of award ticked could be cancelled and the miles redeposited for free. Can anyone explain why it says Non Refundable?
