What's the best way to book last min J/F seats on ANA for Nov/Dec from US? Is it thru United Mileage Plus. Are people trying to call VS first in hopes to secure at a lower redemption. I assume the risk with VS is by the time you call, someone can book directly via United and you're out of luck. What's the best method to get alerts for United award flight.
