No really, the traffic circulation is so bad. I'm here right now and it's surprising how long it takes to cover short distances. Like CTU to the core centre near 天府广场 Tianfu Square using Didi took 45mn to cover 18km at 15h in the afternoon. And this morning it took 35mn to cover like 12km to the Panda Research Park.
