If I'm on vacation, I buy breakfast items (yogurt, fruit, juice), diet pop, water, cheese, crackers, snacks, sometimes salad bag and tuna. I like to eat my main meal at noon and almost always have leftovers for supper or eat a salad with tuna for protein. If it's a business trip and someone else is paying for meals, I usually only buy pop and water. I always travel with plenty of protein bars and sugarfree snacks anyway.
