Full fare is defined as Y bucket in economy, W bucket in PE and J bucket in business. It will work for code shares too if this is what the other airline’s letter maps on BA (so to stick to premium economy as example: ba T or E or anything mapping on those will pay, ba W will not).

obviously if you are one world ruby you get free assignment too but at t-7 only rather than from time of booking.
