Have you tried the WhatsApp customer service? I have had generally good results, and they can certainly direct the chat to different departments (revenue, redemptions etc). A little patience is needed sometimes - start the process when you know that you will be able to attend to your WhatsApp over the following hour or two.
‘thanks. I have avoided WhatsApp and any other Facebook product forever, so that is not an option for me, I will give them a call and see what happens.
