Feedback from PHX which lost one of its 2 LHR flights this month, we are dealing with overbookings and BA tosses AA ticketed business class pax in coach … enjoy :-)

And let’s not forget the inflated ticket prices, specifically in Business Class.

We are starting to use the new AF flight as an alternative for now until things settle … when the 2nd flight is added back next spring (if they put it back).
