While my calls have been pleasant, I’ve noticed less seasoned/knowledgable “1K agents”. I’ve found much better help working with people I know are seasoned at the UC lately.
I hope the newer agents ramp up quickly. I do miss true, seasoned agents tho.
Even the 1K Voice experience has changed for me. Haha For awhile now I’ve only gotten replies from “customer care”, and my last reply from CC mentioned a 30-day wait 😂🤣 The heck?
