The experience for my guest however was terrible and he filed a complaint to consumer affairs. Avoid the Centric South Beach until renovations are done.
I also can report positive GOH EQN depositing to my account within 2 days. The members here really worked to make sure they were applied correctly. Glad to have gotten the extra 5 EQN this year. Saved me about a grand in stays.
