Ireceived a notification from CEDR yesterday that they thought my claim was valid and were now waiting on a response from the airline. I received another email from CEDR today with an offer from BA to resolve the dispute and save any further inconvenience. BA offered £525 on my £700 claim. I’m happy to accept their offer.
funds showed up in my US bank account late last night/early this morning, so it only took BA a week to note my acceptance of their offer and send the settlement funds
