Automated voice: "Hello, 'narvik'. Do you want us to verify your account now, so that when the agent comes on, they have all the right information and can immediately assist you? We will send a one-time code to the phone number associated with your Mileage Plus Account. If you would like to proceed, press 1 or say yes"
Me: "Yes"
Verify the account.
Agent: "Hello. Can you please verify your account for me so I can access your information? I will send a one-time code to you now."
