No but that's the first thing they thank me for over whatever my current status. Reading the other posts, I wonder about my location and call volumes. I am in mountain time mostly but I do call from the UK and Hawaii at times. I do pay attention to when things seem to go south wherever - storms, etc and try to avoid calling then if I can wait. I am also usually ready with a very specific request, particularly on changes so it can be a pretty quick call.
