Do I use my BA.com user name and sign in for the Executive Club?
This has happened to me, too. I’ve been an Executive Club member for almost a decade, but a year or two ago, I received an email like yours to the same email address I was already signed up with. The email welcomed me to the Executive Club and I had been assigned a member number and everything. After that I got the very occasional marketing email with that number at the top, but I was not addressed by name. I never bothered to investigate what it was about, but with BA IT, who knows…
