Have you tried the WhatsApp customer service? I have had generally good results, and they can certainly direct the chat to different departments (revenue, redemptions etc). A little patience is needed sometimes - start the process when you know that you will be able to attend to your WhatsApp over the following hour or two.
A little patience is truly an understatement!
My experience with CX’s WhatsApp chat is the most trying I’ve had with any airline. They go through a long process to authenticate you, and once they hear it’s got to do with miles earning and redemptions they’re quick to drop you like hot cakes, say they’d connect to a “relevant department” - but then no one ever returns to continue the chat. Sometimes the person can barely communicate in simple English. Happened to me 3 times so far, that I’ve now deemed the chat service to be utterly useless.
