Like above I really would not bother

the set up at T2 is quite dynamic, and when I use it, usually on a Sunday morning, its well managed.

if fast track is quiet and normal track is busy they use one of the fast track areas for normal track

I have never noticed a significant time difference at LHR T2 on the occasions I use fast track to when I use normal track
