Makes sense, but I don’t hate my eggplant med-rare with some non-descript rice when I wake up bleary eyed somewhere over the former eastern block ready to touch down in Europe.
I mean, would I be delighted with some koshihikari rice instead of this rice of questionable provenance or would I love 1-1 f class on the 777-9?? Sure! But this is the world
