But presumably they told you that your tickets specifcally do not include free seat selection, so if you want to choose seats in advance you will have to pay. It appeared from the now deleted opening post that they also told you how much the seats would cost.
It doesn't matter how many times you ask, or whether you are polite or shouty, that is still going to be the answer. I'm not sure why you feel ignored or they are indifferent, you are getting exactly what you chose to pay for. But you could also choose to pay some more to get more...
QR are also far from the only airline that charges for seat selections for non-status passengers on certain types of fare.
