this exactly and since it was unlimited, customer didn’t care or notice the mileage on RA was incorrect.
Had a similar issue with Hertz FRA. Agreement had an OUT 3143km when it was actually 3706 on initial inspection report (560 extra km) and I didn’t even notice until return. The return agent also transposed digits in the return mileage.
; an extra 150 km on top of the 560.
Since I was on a limited mileage rate, I was over charged by 1,300€. Took about 2 weeks via email to get it adjusted.
