It’s very nice with a light breakfast which is fortunately normally when I’m in the CCR. But yes, I find it a bit thin for daytime drinking (it goes down very easily…), I imagine it’s too delicate to serve at altitude also and will basically taste of nothing which is why BA wisely don’t serve it onboard. I’d quite like an ultra brut CCR option, personally, but I realise that isn’t for everyone.
