I started this thread to supplement the Island Hopper Thread. While not as popular as the Island Hopper, I hear that a lot of Island Hopper travelers also continue on to MNL and feel this thread has its place.

I'll start by asking a few questions.

1. Why do the non-stops between GUM and MNL (183 and 184) block Seats 1 and 2 AB and 7CDEF? I know they're used for crew rest, the mechanic, and medical transport on the Island Hopper, but this flight is much shorter. Ironically, the flights with the ROR stop, 192 and 193, do not block these seats, so it can't be a computer default.

2. Are passengers traveling through GUM-MNL via ROR permitted to exit the plane at ROR, similar to the Island Hopper?
