AC34? (YVR-YYZ continuation from Sydney) boarded from gate 51. There is so little room for the zone lines that zone 2 snaked around on itself and halfway out to the concourse. I've seen United deal with this by having right angle zone lanes. Made for quite a traffic jam for every zone the way they did it.
It was made doubly worse the other day because the 777 to YUL was boarding at gate 50, so folks had to first part the boarding lanes there before making it to 51.
