I spoked with both my conciege and Amex Travel agent about EQN from FHR.
From my concierge:
- Please note this reservation was booked with Expedia. This is a third party reservation. All of your Globalist benefits will not apply

From amex travel:
- If you want to use $200 credit and prepay it, it wont qualify for stay because it is third party booking.
- If you select pay in property, then you will have eligibel stay but you wont get $200 credit.

However after looking at this thread, it really confusing. Sounds like most did not receive gloablists benefit but receive EQN which is different than what I heard from both Hyatt concerige and Amex travel.

I really hope if they have more clear rule
